Vallery Denise Lowe was born in Chicago on June 19, 1955 to the union of Walter and Charlene Lowe who preceded her in death also preceded in death, stepfather; John Williams, four of her brothers; Don, Sylvester, Ronald and Walter and three loving sisters; June, Doris, and Arlene.
Vallery attended Hyde Park High School. She was always head strong and her own person who wanted everyone to do things her way. Vallery accepted Christ later on in her life. Thru all of Vallery trials and tribulations she was a loving person.
