Lynette Lewis was an artistic soul. She was a loyal, loving and strong-willed person. She wanted people to be the best versions of themselves, which was sometimes misconstrued as being hardened. She recognized the potential in others and wanted to extract that greatness.
Lynette was truly a life learner, never allowing institutionalized education to limit her. If there was something she sought to learn, she utilized a myriad of resources and life lessons to self-educate.
Lynette was a born artist, and saw the beauty in all things. Her artistic abilities were not limited to painting, she was an avid clothing designer and seamstress. She created home decor art pieces; her home was truly a work of art! She enjoyed her own company and loved the skin she was in. She was at peace in her garden, surrounded by the beautiful colors that flourished there.
Lynette will be missed remembered and loved by Robert, her life partner of 38 years, her siblings; Mark, Deborah, Norris, and Taurie, a hist of nieces, nephews, friends and family. May her spirit be reunited with her parents Gerald and Elmira, brother Gerald, sister Kemmishon and her beloved son Andre.
