Lois ("Aunnie") Anderson was born on May 22, 1936 to the union of Meade and Thelma Broadway in Chicago, Illinois. She committed to Christ at an early age.
Lois attended Chicago Public School System. She graduated from Inglewood High School and several trade schools. She received certifications in business and was classified in government issues. Following her certifications, she pursued her career in administrative work as a administrative assistant.
On August 9, 1956, she was united in marriage to Charles Meredith and to this union, three children were born: Thelma, Meade and Charles Jr (whom preceded her in death).
On January 25, 1968, she got remarried to Odell Anderson (whom preceded her in death). To this union, a stepson (Bradley) was welcomed in with open arms. These two were truly inseparable and if you seen one, the other was not too far behind. This was truly a romantic love story.
She joined Mount Carmel Bible Church in 1989. She was an active participant in the Couple's ministry, Pastoral Committee & Mother's Board. She supported ministry events when she possibly could.
Lois was a giving and caring person, where called upon. She helped her sibling (Peggy), family and friend whenever they were in need. She loved the lord, her Pastor Reverend Byron E. Whitehead and her church. She love to travel, going to Red Lobster, shopping and many other fun activities.
She had a vibrant personality and because of that, it afforded her many friendships and fellowships which she held dear to her heart. She was truly a praying woman to the end.
Lois transitioned from death into Life on July 13, 2020 as she slept away peacefully.
