Arnita Harper "Tic" was born June 13, 1954 to the union of Ruby Green and Bernie Williams Sr. in Mount Bayou, Mississippi. Both parents preceded her in death.
Arnita received Christ at an early age at New Deliverance C.O.G.I.C. in Chicago, Illinois.
On Wednesday April 1, 2020 God called her home.
