Tabare Hayes Sr. was born March 4, 1976 to Mattie M. Hayes and Melton Dean in Chicago, Illinois. He made his transition from this earth on February 9, 2019.
Tabare received his education through the Chicago Public School System. He later received a certificate in Construction and Air Conditioning.
Tabare life will remembered by those lives that he touched. He was a quiet and private person talking very little around his family, but was talkative and jokeful around his friends. He loved people, especially his family.
Tabare accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mount Carmel Bible Church under the leadership of Dr. Byron E. Whitehead. He read the bible everyday and attended bible classes.
Tabare was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tabare "Tiki" leaves to cherish loving memories with: his mother, Mattie M. Hayes; step-father, Steven Tarves; fiance', Elaine; two children: Tabare Jr. and Jamari; three sisters: Deidria, Maya, Tia; two brothers: Steven and Marquis; one niece, Destiny; one nephew, Princeton; grandmother, Mattie Taver of Pine Bluff, AR; aunts, Dorothy Jean, Masion Jean, Cynthia Arnold of Pine Bluff, AR, Pearl Riley, Laura Johnson, Magnolia Chandler, Beatrice Martin all of Chicago, IL; uncles, Maceon Jean, Eugene (Marion) Hayes of Birmingham, AL; a host of cousins and friends that loved him like a brother, Marcel, BJ, Gino and Lakeside.
