Latrice Edwards

LaTrice Renea Edwards was born to the union of Willie Edwards Sr. and W. Ann Edwards on November 23, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois.

LaTrice graduated from Tilden High School and went on to Kennedy King College and Chicago State where she pursued numerous degrees and opportunity.

LaTrice to mourn: her four children, Tyrone, Malcolm, Kenya and Martin. She also leaves to mourn a host of in laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and her partner, Dennis.

LaTrice touched a host of people and will be greatly missed. She always knew she wanted to be more than her surroundings and raised her children to always be the person they needed at their lowest stage. Latrice leaves behind a legacy that will not perish but will flourish in her absence. She brought laughs and smiles to anyone and always had an opinion. She put others before herself an always gave a helping hand even if she had to put herself aside. She was a rose that grew from weeds. She did not let her past define her nor did she give up the fight willingly.
