Larry Funches

Larry Funches was born on May 1, 1969 in Chicago, IL to the union of Charlie Lee Funches, Jr. and Johnnie Mae Funches. He was the fifth of six children. All of his grandparents preceded him in death along with one sister, Barbara Jennet Funches.

Larry received his education on Chicago's West side. He was a graduate of Leif Ericson Elementary School and attended Rezin Orr High School.

Larry was a hard worker that was committed to every task presented. He was a supervisor for five years at Moo & Oink Foods before it's closure.

Larry enjoyed being a butcher and preparing food. He was an excellent griller and was a crucial part of family gatherings. 

Larry went on to work for Pete's Fresh Market for three years. He was working at the Amazon Company and as a HVAC and Appliance Technician until his passing.
