Autrey McCoy-Jones

Autrey Mae McCoy-Jones was born march 9, 1946 in Atlanta, Georgia to prod parents Arthur and Margaret Love who preceded her in death.

Autrey was the youngest of four children: two brothers, Eugene Worden and Roosevelt Williams, and sister, Eddie Ruth Walker who preceded her in death.

Autrey, as she was known,devoted her life to Christ and was baptized at a very young age. She later moved to Chicago, after attending and graduating from Parker High School. she was employed as a circuit county clerk before going on the Chicago Police Department until retiring.

She will always be remembered as loving, kind, caring and a straight to the point person.

Autrey departed her life on Friday, September 6, 2019 at 2:15 P.M.

Autrey leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Herbert Jones: son, Donald McCoy, Sr. brothers, Eugene Worden and Roosevelt Williams: grandchild Bruno McCoy, Jr.; great grandchild, Zoey McCoy and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, as well as a lot of wonderful friends.
